Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action, whether or not you were aware of it. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you and is legally valid.
Deposits are typically credited within minutes of confirmation. However, 43800 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers. All withdrawal requests are subject to compliance review and may take one to three business days to process.
43800 reserves the right to hold or cancel withdrawals if fraud is suspected, terms have been breached, or identity verification has not been completed. In such cases, funds will be held pending investigation until a final decision is made by platform management.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law
